Run up the Sky collects as little data as possible. This page explains what happens to the little it does handle.
What is collected
- Newsletter. When you join the list, your email address is stored by Kit, the service that sends our Moon Ink newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, and your address is then removed from the list.
- Email. If you write to hello@runupthesky.org, your message is handled like any other email and is not added to any list.
- Hosting. The site is served by Vercel, which may process standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages securely.
- Video. The video loads from YouTube only after you press Watch, in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube’s privacy policy applies once it plays.
- Analytics. We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly service that counts page views without cookies and without collecting personal data. See Plausible’s data policy (opens in a new tab).
What is not collected
No advertising pixels, no cookies, no tracking across other sites, and no sale of personal data.

To unsubscribe, use the link in any newsletter. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email hello@runupthesky.org.
